Speaking at the Conservative Political Action Conference, Governor Romney explains his reasons for suspending his campaign for the Republican nomination. He says that if he were to continue his campaign, it would make it easier for Senator Clinton or Senator Obama to win the general election. Because of the threat of terrorism, he believes it is necessary to protect the country by suspending his campaign. (2:38)
