Poll Worker Cecelia Welborne Observes the NYC Voter Turnout on Super Tuesday

Cecelia Welborne, a poll inspector at the Baruch College poll site in New York City, expressed dissapointment at the voter turnout. According to her, various voters complained that they have not received their notices.
