Thornburgh advocates care in dealing with economic wrongdoers

Former Attorney General Dick Thornburgh says that the justice system should be careful in prosecuting all potential corporate crimes. He also says that problems in prosecuting a crime can be worse than no prosecution at all in some cases. (1:28)
