President Bush discusses how our understanding of climate change has improved during remarks at the Major Economies Meeting on Energy Security and Climate Change hosted by the State Department

Citing a report by the United Nations Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, President Bush identifies technology as the means to meet the growing demand for energy and reduce air pollution and greenhouse gas emissions.
