Muscles abound at Bodies . . . The Exhibit and though these ones are preserved for display they can provide an up-close view of inner body health.

A curator explains that muscles need to "be profused with blood" to prevent injury and operate at maximum efficiency. To accomplish this feat, before any work out, ample warm-up time should take place. (0:40)
