Senator Byron Dorgan (D-ND) points out during the press conference focused on President Bush's proposal for renewal of fast track trade that this discussion has to focus on issues such as what kind of jobs exist here in the future, what economy do we have, and whether we are lifting or diminishing the standards.
Sen. Dorgan asserts that he believes in trade but that he insists that it be fair, which has not been the case with the recent trade agreements. (0:21)
