William Anderson, assistant secretary of the Air Force for installations, environment and logistics explains that winning the global war on terror, developing and caring for their airmen, and recapitalizing and modernizing their air and space system are the Air Force's highest priorities at the House Apropriations Committeee hearing on Defense Base Realignment and Closure Commission (BRAC).
