Rep. Kay Granger (R-TX) says she plans to vote against the Iraq Supplementary Bill because it is simply an effort by the Democrats to end our efforts there with consideration of the consequences of failure at the News Conference on the Iraq Supplemental bill.

Granger says that the setting of "arbitrary deadlines" tells terrorists that they can wait American troops out. (0:57)
