Rep. Stephen Lynch (D-MA) questions witness, Valerie Plame, at the Oversight and Government Reform Committee hearing.

Rep. Lynch asks point blank if Plame was responsible for sending her husband, Ambassador Joe Wilson to Niger to investigate weapons of mass destruction. Plame passionately states that she did not have the authority, to which Lynch jokes that if he were to send his wife somewhere it wouldn't be Niger. (0:23)
