Gov. Brian Schweitzer (D-MT), witness at the Senate Finance Committee hearing "America's Energy Future: Bold Ideas, Practical Solutions," talks about coal and our need for carbon sequestration.

Schweitzer says that Coal is not a part of the future because of its damage to climate change and that we need carbon sequestration in order for it to be a part of the future so that oil can be replaced with coal. (0:44)
