Maj. Gen. W.E. Gaskin, commanding general, Multinational Force-West, talks about the decrease of incidents in Iraq and the reasons for the decrease during a briefing at the Pentagon via teleconference from Baghdad

Gen. W.E. Gaskin says that strengthening Iraqi security forces has led to a decrease in incidents, including explosions, firefights, and coordinated attacks, in Al Anbar province in Iraq. (1:02)
