Iowa AFL-CIO Head "Disturbed" By House Vote Disapproving Senate Payroll Plan

President of the Iowa AFL-CIO, Ken Sagar says that it’s very disturbing to see the 229 House Republicans vote to disapprove of a plan that would extend a payroll tax holiday to 160 million working Americans. (0:25)
