Indian Minister of Home Affairs P. Chidambaram is reporting that 10 people were killed after three explosions occurred Wednesday in a busy section of Mumbai, according to the AP.
In addition, the official says 54 were injured.
In November, 2008, 10 terrorists from Pakistan carried out a coordinated attack across Mumbai, ultimately leaving over 160 dead.
In a statement published by a variety of media outlets, the Pakistani government formally condemned Wednesday’s attack and “expressed distress on the loss of lives and injuries.”
