The organization “No Labels” says it will release a poll on Tuesday showing that eight out of ten voters want Congress to skip its August recess if it “fails to take concrete steps to improve the current fiscal situation.”

The poll will reveal that the majority of those surveyed believe that lawmakers should not adjourn for its annual month-long respite unless it produces a substantial solution on reigning in the nation’s high level of debt, currently valued at over $14.3 trillion.

The results of the poll will be announced during a press conference tomorrow at 3:30 pm.
