It looks like former Governor of Massachusetts Mitt Romney is the front-runner among the plethora of potential GOP presidential candidates, but the person sitting right behind him might surprise you.

According to a Wall Street Journal/NBC News poll, real estate mogul Donald trump, along with former Arkansas Governor Mike Huckabee, rake in 17 percent support from likely Republican primary voters, just 4 percent behind Romney’s 21.

Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich pulled in 11 percent support while ex-Minnesota Governor Tim Pawlenty and Rep. Michele Bachmann (R-Minn.) remain largely unknown with 6 and 5 percent, respectively.

Rounding out the extensive list of potential GOP presidential candidates is former Pennsylvania Senator Rick Santorum with 3 percent and Mississippi Governor Haley Barbour with just 1 percent.
