Japan Slammed By 7.4 Magnitude Aftershock

ABC News Radio reports that Northeastern Japan was hit by a 7.4-magnitude aftershock this morning. The Japan meteorological agency has issued a tsunami warning for a wave up to one meter. 

The quake hit about 25 miles underwater off the coast of Miyagi prefecture and was felt as far away as Toyko.
