U.S. Making 10th Airlift Of Egyptian Refugees

The U.S. is sending 2 C-130 aircrafts to Tunisia today to return Egyptian migrants that fled Libya amid the ongoing turmoil back to their country of origin.

This will mark the 10th airlift of Egyptians. Over the weekend, 2 C-130s conducted four flights each, returning a total of 640 people back to Egypt. 150 are expected to be on today’s flights.

The airlifts were arranged at the request of the Egyptian government.
