Report: Glenn Beck To Leave Fox, Start New Cable Channel

The potential for TV and radio personality Glenn Beck to part ways with the Fox News Channel is gaining momentum.

Beck’s contract with the news organization ends in less than a year and many remain curious as to what he has rolled up his sleeve.  According to a New York Times report, Beck could be exploring the possibilities of creating his very own cable channel.

Earlier reports this week indicated Beck was contemplating his departure from Fox after stories broke that Fox News executive Joel Cheatwood planned to soon join Mercury Radio Arts, Beck’s media company.
