President To Meet With USAID Head As Crises Loom

President Obama and USAID administrator Raj Shah will meet behind closed doors in the Oval Office Wednesday to discuss the disaster assistance being provided to the Japanese government in response to the massive earthquake and tsunami. 

They are also slated to discuss U.S. humanitarian assistance in disaster areas around the world, including the Middle East, Africa, Haiti, Afghanistan and Pakistan.
