Judge Lifts Stay On Same-Sex Marriage In California

Same-sex couples will be legally allowed to marry as of next Wednesday, following a decision from Federal Judge John Vaughn Walker to lift a temporary stay requested by gay marriage opponents.

Walker ruled last week that a ballot initiative to outlaw gay marriage was unconstitutional.
