The AP is reporting that Democratic Governor Pat Quinn and his opponent Republican Bill Brady are still waiting to find out who is going to be the next Governor of Illinois. Quinn is leading Brady by more than 19 thousand votes out of 3.6 million, but both gubernatorial candidates will likely have to wait until next month for the state to certify the results.

Democrat Governor Pat Quinn is the former lieutenant governor who replaced Gov. Rod Blagojevich after Blagojevich was thrown out of office.
