After leading in Pennsylvania’s Senate race for months, new polls are revealing that Republican candidate Pat Toomey’s lead is dwindling, and fast.

With only 12 days until November’s midterm election, a recent Muhlenberg poll shows Democratic candidate Joe Sestak in a dead heat with Toomey, each garnering 43 percent support from likely voters. Toomey’s lead is shrinking and Sestak seems to be on the same path he was on when he upset incumbent Arlen Specter in the state’s primary election. Time will tell if Sestak can pull off another victory via last-minute sprint.
