Secretary of State Hillary Clinton will deliver an address on the Obama administration's national security strategy.

The House Energy and Commerce Committee Energy and Environment Subcommittee will conduct a hearing on "Combating the BP Oil Spill," featuring testimony by EPA Administrator Lisa Jackson.

The Senate Small Business and Entrepreneurship Committee will be holding a hearing on the impact of the Deepwater Horizon oil spill on small businesses, featuring testimony by James Rivera, associate administrator in the Small Business Administration's Office of Disaster Assistance; and Former Coast Guard Commandant Adm. Thad Allen, national incident commander for the Deepwater Horizon oil spill.
