-House Republican Conference response to the federal judge's ruling that the Nation Day of Prayer is unconstitutional.

-House Natural Resources Committee hearing on the "Indian Pueblo Cultural Center Clarification Act", "The Foutainhead Property Land Transfer Act" and the "Salmon Lake Land Selection Resolution Act."

-Sen. Orrin Hatch (R-Utah), Sen. Kay Bailey Hutchinson(R-Texas) and Sen. Saxby Chambliss (R-GA) news conference to discuss the Democrats financial regulation legislation and the need to address this serious issue with a bipartisan bill that ends bailouts.

-The Congressional Hazards Caucus briefing on "Reducing Volcano Risks: Progress since the cataclysmic eruption of Mount St. Helens."
