Five winners in Tuesday’s elections are “crooked,” according to the watchdog organization Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington (CREW).

“Looking at the class of incoming freshmen, there is an enormous amount of work to be done of the ethics front,” Melanie Sloan, the Executive Director for Crew, said in a statement.

The five include House candidates Alan West (R-Fl.), Jeff Denham (R-Calif.), Timothy Griffin (R-Ariz.) and Senatorial candidate Marco Rubio (R-Fl.).

CREW urged soon-to-be Speaker John Boehner (R-Ohio) to maintain the Office of Congressional Ethics once he assumes his position.
