Chief Pentagon Correspondent Meredith MacKenzie will cover a press briefing with acting principal director to the deputy undersecretary of Defense for Military Personnel Policy, Sheila Earle. MacKenzie will also cover a briefing with Pentagon Press Secretary Geoff Morrell.

The Washington Bureau will continue their coverage of the Republican's push for drilling on the House floor. Staff will also cover a news conference on the state of American teens and the 2008 conference of the Association of Teacher Educators.
