"Patriotic Millionaire" Says Rich Americans Save Too Much

Dr. Rob Johnson of Patriotic Millionaire, an organization that urges taxing the wealthy, told the Congressional Progressive Caucus Wednesday that millionaires are saving mass amounts of money instead of helping the economy by spending it on real goods and services.

Johnson is also a Senior Fellow and Director of the Project on Global Finance at the Roosevelt Institute. (0:27)
