ISAF Official: After Rocky Start, Taliban Reintegration Is Working

German Army Major General Richard Rossmanith, ISAF’s Deputy Chief of Staff for Stability, _told reporters Wednesday that after a rocky start, the reintegration of former Taliban fighters into Afghan society has been successful. Rossmanith notes that over 2,000 have officially been reintegrated thus far. (0:24)
