Durbin: We Can't Get Our Deficit Under Control With 14 Million Unemployed

Senate Majority Whip Richard Durbin (D-Ill.) tells reporters that we can’t get the deficit under control with 14 million Americans unemployed. He says we need to invest in education, training , and research to get people back to work and improve the economy. (0:22)
