Hutchinson: Partisanship Biggest Challenge To Her Social Security Plan

Senator Kay Bailey Hutchinson (R-Texas) holds a press conference Tuesday at the Heritage Foundation to discuss her new plan to reform Social Security. The “Defend and Save Social Security Act” would gradually raise the retirement age for people under 58 and cut annual Cost of Living Adjustments by 1%.
