Vilsack: Innovative Research Working To Change Global Agriculture

Secretary of Agriculture Tom Vilsack (D-Iowa) says innovative research is “the best opportunity for game changing results in global agriculture.” He adds that new research is working to develop new and improved methods of technology for agricultural water use, soil conservation and basic productivity of land.
