U.S. Spearheading Plan To Help Small Farms World-Wide, Says Vilsack

Secretary of Agriculture Tom Vilsack told the National Press Club Monday that the U.S. is spearheading a plan to help small farms across the world.

“Under the leadership of President Obama, the United States government has pioneered a new coordinated approach to working towards global food security” that raises the “productivity and incomes of small holder farmers.”
