Shell President Blasts "Irresponsible" Regulations

During a conference Tuesday with the U.S. Energy Information Administration, President of Shell Oil Co. Marvin Odum says some environmental regulations for offshore oil exploration are “irresponsible” since they hinder hiring. (0:31)
