No Impunity For Ivory Coast President, Says State Department Official

Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Bureau of African Affairs William Fitzgerald says the administration will hold new Ivory Coast President Alassane Ouattara to his promise of a full investigation into human rights violations committed by himself and the former president during a hearing Thursday with the House Subcommittee on Africa, Global Health, and Human Rights.
