New Ivory Coast President More Open To U.S., Says State Department Official

William Fitzgerald, Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for the Bureau of African Affairs, says new Ivory Coast President Alassane Ouattara is more open to talks with U.S. than former President Laurent Gbagbo during a hearing Thursday with a House Subcommittee on Africa, Global Health, and Human Rights.
