Former Ivory Coast President Lived In "Cocoon," Says Official

Deputy Assistant Secretary of State in the Bureau of African Affairs, William Fitzgerald, explains Ivory Coast former President Laurent Gbagbo’s distorted mentality after he refused to step down after losing an election last fall.
