DeLauro: Losing Access To Screening Will Cost Lives

Rep. Rosa DeLauro (D-Conn.), among other House Democrats, told reporters Tuesday that the GOP’s spending proposal to discontinue funding to Title X which funds family planning centers such as Planned Parenthood is an all out “assault” on women’s access to health care nationwide. (0:30)
