Obama: Small Businesses Faced Brunt Of Recession

President Barack Obama signed $42 billion piece of legislation Monday aimed at cutting taxes and increasing access to credit within the small businesses community.

During his remarks, Obama noted that the middle class and small businesses faced the brunt of the recession. (0:12)
