Shift In U.S. Nuclear Policy Will Not Affect North Korea, Says Expert

The Nuclear Posture Review released Tuesday will not affect North Korea's nuclear policy, Walter Lohman, Director of The Heritage Foundation’s Asian Studies Center, said.

"The very idea that reducing our own arms will pressure North Korea to cooperate and eliminate its own program is pretty far fetched," Lohman explained. (0:30)
