Bill Clinton Defends Obama's Tax Cut Deal

Former President Bill Clinton conducts an impromptu press conference with White House reporters inside the briefing room on Friday following a one-on-one meeting with President Barack Obama. Among other things, the current and former presidents, both Democrats, discussed the Bush tax cuts and the START Treaty, which are both in need of congressional action.
