Crisis Counselor: "If He Loved You, He Wouldn't Touch You"

Rita Smith, Executive Director of the National Coalition Against Domestic Violence (NCADV), says that a man would not violently touch a woman if he actually loved her. Smith spoke at the "It's Time to Talk" radio row event, hosted by Liz Claiborne and Red Box to spread awareness about domestic violence.
