Senate Healthcare Bill Will Cause Greater Deficit Says Top Republican

Senate Minority Whip John Kyl (R-Ariz.) says during a press conference Wednesday that a letter from CBO Director Doug Elmendorf has revealed that the Democrats' healthcare bill will actually add to the nation's deficit, rather than help create a budget surplus. (:28)
