Sen. Graham Says Environmental Policy Must Be Good For Business To Get Sixty Senate Votes

Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) says he believes carbon emissions are "bad for the planet," but that any environmental legislation must also be good for business in order to earn sixty votes in the Senate. (0:23)
