Democratic Presidential Debate: On a question regarding the reality of racial inequality in America, Gov. Bill Richardson (D-N.M. replies that the next President should "lead and speak passionately about a dialogue among all peoples."

He continues to say that, as the "first Latino to run for President," racial issues are not merely "talking points," but rather "facts of life." (0:54)
