Sen. Byron Dorgan (D-ND) says it is "striking to him" why Congress should continue to allow legislation that allows foreign subsidiaries of U.S. companies to do business with Iran despite sanctions at the Senate Commerce, Science and Transportation Committee hearing on Halliburton and U.S. Ties to Iran.
Dorgan believes that this loophole in legislation undermines our foreign objectives. (0:13)
