Ron Pollack, Executive Director of Families USA, states during audio briefing on the report "Using Blunt Force on Missouri's Most Vulnerable Population" and SB 577 that Missouri has had the second largest cut back in state public health program in history of our nation.

According to Pollack, in 2005 more than 100,000 Missourians lost their Medicaid coverage and more than 300,000 people were affected by service reductions. (0:31)
