Sen. Patrick Leahy (D-VT) says he doesn't excuse Attorney General Gonzales's actions and his failure to be forthright Congress and the American people at the Senate Judiciary Committee hearing on Department of Justice Oversight.

Leahy says "If there is nothing to hide, then the White House should quit hiding it" and demands to see documentation to prove that nothing improper was done. (0:46)
