Theodore Kattouf, member of the panel at the discussion about Syria at the Middle-East Policy Council talks about what the difference between The Clinton and Bush administration.

Kattouf says that the Bush administration has no hope of winning Syria over from Iran in their time in office because there is to distrust on both sides. The Clinton administration on the other hand tried to negotiate Syrian-Israeli peace. (0:33)
