Rep. Mike Thompson (D-CA) speaks about his, Sen. Barack Obama's (D-IL) and Rep. Patrick Murphey's (D-PA) plan to curb troop escalation in Iraq.

Rep. Thompson states that he sees something in President Bush that "scares the hell" out of him and that this war cannot be won under current conditions without cooperation of the Iraqi people. (0:31).
