Sen. Carl Levin (D-MI) explains that the conflict in Iraq is consuming a large share of America's intelligence capabilities at the Senate Armed Services Committee meeting on global threats to U.S. security.

Levin is concerned about whether or not Iraqi forces are living up to its commitments to achieving political reconciliation. (0:49)
